Delivery
We deliver anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales (except for the Highlands) within 2-5 working days from receiving your order.
If you live within 10 miles of us (M88BT) then we can deliver directly to you we will confirm the day and time of delivery with you
Delivery days are Tuesday to Friday. Due to the perishable nature of the products the delivery costs are very high for to mail order outside of mainland UK. If you would like us to enquire about the costs to receive our products outside of our delivery areas, please email us and we will find out a price for you.
We are able to take orders in advance, especially if you would like to arrange delivery for a special occasion (birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, barmitzvahs etc). Simply tell us where you would like the goods delivered to (either your home or work address or perhaps a friend’s address).
We deliver from Tuesday to Friday. Please specify the date you would like delivery on the shopping cart page
You will have the opportunity at the purchase stage to advise us if the goods are a gift and if there are any special delivery instructions. We can arrange to put in a special message within the goods if they are a gift.
We use special insulation in our packs along with a gel ice sheet that ensures that the smoked salmon remains cold whilst in transit. We have tested this system many times and the product remains cold for a minimum of 30 hours, however it is best to refrigerate your purchase as soon as you receive it.
It is best to ensure that someone is available to receive the goods. We use DPD or DHL couriers for our deliveries and they will inform you of a 1 hour time window when the delivery will take place either by text message or email, however we can leave packages in a safe area as long as you will be taking it in within a few hours of delivery. (We can not accept responsibility for the package if it goes missing)
Please let us know what to do with a package if you might not be in at the delivery address. This might be leaving it with a neighbour or around the back of the house in a secure, cool and dry place.
