We care about the Provenance of our ingredients

Our Salmon comes from the clearest waters in Scotland, from salmon farms that have been specially chosen for their excellent welfare policies and ones that produce superb quality salmon for smoking.

We use a pure coarse grain salt that is sourced from Israel. The quality and purity are perfect for curing the salmon.

The best oak around is sourced from around the UK from wood shops that only use oak in their factories so no contaminants can taint our smoke as it infuses the salmon.
